Dynamic Health A service provided by Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust to support patients with physiotherapy and lifestyle advice

Arthitis Care A service which provides support whether you’ve been recently diagnosed with arthritis, living with it for some while or think you may have the early signs.


Health Apps

Sleepio This is a computer programme for all those those with insomnia. Once registered, you can complete a sleep score and access a number of guides.
Calm Harm This is a free app which can help those worried about self harm and provides tasks to help users resist or manage the urge to self-harm
Daylio Allows you to track your moods and activities on a day to day basis to see what could be potential causes
Headspace A popular app which can help you learn mindfulness. An added bonus is that the first 10 sessions are free.
