Samaritans Provides support to those struggling with suicidal or harmful thoughts 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Lifecraft Supports those in needs with user-led services which are designed to promote recovery and empowerment
Richmond Fellowship Offers employment support and guidance to people with mild and moderate health issues such as stress, anxiety and depression

Macmillian Provides physical, emotional and financial support to help you live life as fully as you can. Also has a helpline if you need someone to talk to.
Cancer Research Has a nurse information line and gives information about the various cancers
Financial Assistance for Cancer Patients Gives links with information about a variety of subjects such as prescriptions and occupational sickness benefits
Work and Cancer A booklet provided by Macmillan with information about how to get support at work as well as your rights.


Disabilities and Accessibility Support

Huntingdon Mencap Society Aims to provide help and support to people with learning disabilities and their families
Pinnies Godmanchester A cosy cafe which welcomes everyone to enjoy a hot drink and offers those with learning disabilities the chance to meet up as well as the opportunity for work experience in the shop. All profits go directly back to Huntingdon Mencap to help with their services and care.
Disability Rights Offer advice and help sheets on topics such as finding work, getting active and how to stop disability hate crime.
Disability Peterborough A local centre for free confidential and impartial information and advice for physically disabled people, their carers and families
Richmond Fellowship Offers employment support and guidance to people with mild and moderate health issues with specialist employment advice for Autism/Asperger’s patients.

Family Lives Offers a confidential helpline service for emotional support, information, advice and guidance on any aspect of parenting and family life
Hetty’s Hospital An app which helps reduce anxiety for kids in hospitals. Available on the App Store or Google Play
Young Minds Information and a helpline for parents worrying about the mental health of their child
NSPCC A website which helps you spot the signs and symptoms of child abuse as well as information as to how to prevent it and report it
Contact & Pinpoint  Tailored for families of disabled children, Contact & Pinpoint have information and guidance on a variety of topics such as financial aid, childcare rights  etc. For additional support, Contact also has a helpline which is open 9am – 5pm.

Dynamic Health A service provided by Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust to support patients with physiotherapy and lifestyle advice
Sheffield Aches & Pains  A great resource for all those pains without seeing a Physio
M.S Therapy Centre Provides a number of treatments for those with MS such as oxygen treatment for bone, bladder and brain damage. For more information, call Fiona on 01480 458688
Arthitis Care A service which provides support whether you’ve been recently diagnosed with arthritis, living with it for some while or think you may have the early signs.


Health Apps

Sleepio A computer programme for all those those with insomnia. Once registered, you can complete a sleep score and access a number of guides.
Calm Harm A free app which can help those worried about self harm and provides tasks to help users resist or manage the urge to self-harm
Daylio Allows you to track your moods and activities on a day to day basis to see what could be potential causes
Headspace A popular app which can help you learn mindfulness. An added bonus is that the first 10 sessions are free.
