GP survey results

We are delighted to see our latest GP survey results. We are so pleased that our overall satisfaction rating has gone up from 68% to 80%. We know that people find the phones frustrating and we will be working on improving this over the next few months. 89% of our patients find out receptionists friendly and helpful! We are very proud of our team.
